Mike McIntyre takes on the podcast solo today while Ben Lewis explores Canada’s great outdoors! He welcomes back to Match Point Canada the Canadian and Division I college athlete Carson Branstine.

During their conversation, Branstine discusses the highs and lows of her junior and collegiate career. As a junior, she won both the French Open and the Australian Open doubles titles alongside Bianca Andreescu and reached a career high ITF singles ranking of No. 468.

Branstine also talks about her difficult first two years at Texas A&M, experiencing a couple of injuries that forced her to go through long rehabilitation processes. Branstine discloses on the podcast that this time in her life revealed exactly what she is capable of as she moves forward in her career. Now representing Texas A&M at the Division I level, she achieved a singles ranking of No. 8 in May and a doubles ranking of No. 18.
