TEAM CANADA IS HEADING TO TOKYO

Team Canada gears up for their Billie Jean King Cup by Gainbridge Qualifiers, which will be held at the Ariake Coliseum in Tokyo, Japan, from April 11 to 13, 2025. As part of Group A, the Canadian team, ranked No. 2 in the world, will face Romania (No. 13) and Japan (No. 14). The group winner will advance to the Billie Jean King Cup Finals in November.

Rebecca Marino, Marina Stakusic, and first-time selections Victoria Mboko, Kayla Cross, and Ariana Arseneault will form Team Canada at the 2025 Billie Jean King Cup by Gainbridge Qualifiers.

WHAT’s NEXT FOR TEAM CANADA

After falling to Great Britain in the quarter-finals, Canada will now play in April’s Qualifiers. With the Billie Jean King Cup changing formats for 2025, they will play in a three-team round robin, with the winner advancing to the Final 8 in November.
